Hi gorgeous! If you’re like most of my readers, you’re already thinking about a million different ways to be the healthiest version of yourself to have a healthy pregnancy. But you’re not just looking for cookie-cutter answers. You also want to *thrive* in your role as a wife, mom, friend, and daughter. You want to:
- Have a normal cycle
- Not feel tired and sluggish all the time
- Finally get some real answers about your health
- Feel like yourself again
But most importantly, you want to get pregnant. Like yesterday.
But there’s something in the way, isn’t there?
You want to get pregnant, but you haven’t had a normal cycle in years. You’ve been told my doctors that you’ll never get pregnant, or if you do it will be high-risk. You’re nervous to jump right into IVF, and looking for answers, or at least some options.
When you look around and see all your girlfriends getting pregnant for the first, second, or third time, you feel guilty for feeling jealous, or worse angry with them.
You’re trying to do all the right things and it’s still not happening. You’re upset with yourself and wonder why your body is betraying you. You feel like you’re meant to be a mom, but something is just not clicking for you – sound familiar?
I hear you and I see you. You are not alone in this.
As a Functional Nutritionist specializing in fertility, I understand the emotional stress and that goes along the journey of trying to conceive.
For years, I was plagued with digestive disorders, irregular cycles, and very little understanding of women’s health.
I’ve dedicated the past five years of my life getting my Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from the best nutrition school in the country, completing a rigorous clinical internship in dietetics, training under the best fertility and prenatal dietitians and leaders in this field, and educating myself on complex conditions such as hormonal imbalances like PCOS, and autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
The turnaround for me came when I realized the answers were not as cut and dry as our healthcare system would like us to believe. The answers come from taking a *functional* approach to health. I discovered how to address underlying conditions in the gut microbiome, and balance hormones using dietary and herbal approaches.
Since then, my life has never been the same. I’ve normalized my periods, improved my gut health, have less stress, and more energy than ever before. And yes, I got pregnant and had a healthy pregnancy and beautiful baby boy.
But my favorite wins have been with my clients.
I feel very fortunate to work with incredible women every day who prioritize their health and seek out care that supports them during their fertility journeys. From my clients with PCOS who have normalized their periods, to clients who have achieved a healthy weight prior to pregnancy – each and every client’s journey is one I am so honored to be a part of.
It’s not a magic trick, and I’m certainly no superhero. I’ve simply discovered a way to work on more of what matters and less of what doesn’t. I work with you on the root causes, and avoid bandaid solutions to your health.
Can I help you do the same?
I help women in their 30s like you achieve a healthy weight, get back their periods, ovulate, improve their egg quality, balance hormones, and get + stay pregnant. While no one can offer a guaranteed way to get pregnant (even IVF only has a 30% success rate) – my mission is to give you the tools you need to improve your overall health, improve your odds, and prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy.
Through my one on one coaching programs, online groups, and free resources – we’re creating a revolution in the women’s health and fertility world. Every day I see women trade out old-school recommendations for integrative, individualized, and empowering solutions to their health.
I hope you’ll join us.
