As a functional medicine practitioner specializing in fertility, I understand the emotional stress that goes along the journey of trying to conceive.
For years I suffered with irregular cycles, digestive disorders, and very little understanding of my hormones. After years of training and working with hundreds of women, I've found what works, and what doesn't.
The turnaround came for me when I realized that the answers were not as cut and dry as our healthcare system would like us to believe.
The answers come from taking a *functional* approach to your health and digging into deeper root causes to uncover long lasting results. Since then, my life has never been the same. I've regulated my periods, improved my gut health, have less stress, and had two healthy pregnancies.

Wellspring Nutrition as a private practice began! I also had my son Ayalon, and navigated being a first time mom during a global pandemic.
When my husband got a job in Sydney, Australia, I knew it was time to start my own private practice with the ability to work from anywhere in the world!
As a Registered Dietitian, we are required to complete 1200 hours of clinical supervision. I completed rotations in functional medicine, fertility nutrition, prenatal nutrition, clinical nutrition, food service, and community health. I passed the rigorous RD exam and began my career as a Registered Dietitian.
I completed my Masters of Nutrition Science and Behavioral Change from Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy in Boston, MA.
