As a Functional Nutritionist specializing in fertility, I understand the emotional stress and that goes along the journey of trying to conceive.
For years, I was plagued with digestive disorders, irregular cycles, and very little understanding of women’s health.
I’ve dedicated the past four years of my life getting my Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from the best nutrition school in the country, completing a rigorous clinical internship in dietetics, training under the best fertility and prenatal dietitians and leaders in this field, and educating myself on complex conditions such as hormonal imbalances like PCOS, and autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
The turnaround for me came when I realized the answers were not as cut and dry as our healthcare system would like us to believe. The answers come from taking a *functional* approach to health. I discovered how to address underlying conditions in the gut microbiome, and balance hormones using dietary and herbal approaches.
Since then, my life has never been the same. I’ve normalized my periods, improved my gut health, have less stress, and more energy than ever before.
But my favorite wins have been with my clients.
I feel very fortunate to work with incredible women every day who prioritize their health and seek out care that supports them during their fertility journeys. From my clients with PCOS who have normalized their periods, to clients who have achieved a healthy weight prior to pregnancy – each and every client’s journey is one I am so honored to be a part of.
