Hey there, I’m Anabelle!
Most days you can find me in the kitchen with multiple “experiments” on the counter – pickles fermenting, veggies roasting, chia seeds waiting to be made into pudding – you name it. I’m mostly known for being a no-nonsense nutritionist, with a passion for eating seasonally, sharing wholesome meals with loved ones, and using techniques of mindfulness to help women reduce stress around food, feel amazing and grounded, and find balance for a thriving and healthy life.
I’m a plant mama, wellness blogger, food photographer, yoga sculpt teacher, world traveler, and a woman who seeks adventure and fun. I love serving the world by creating easy to follow recipes that are both delicious and healthy, coaching clients around the globe in mindful eating and nutrition, and connecting with other like-minded women at workshops, retreats, and events.
I coach women who are looking for a simple approach to health and wellness, and want to enjoy life, rather than being stuck in the yo-yo diet cycle. I’m lucky to give them the tools they need to simplify their health, take control of their nutrition, and feel AMAZING while doing it.
As a nutritionist and blogger, I’ve been featured on the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine website, served on a panel at Expo West on sustainability, and led several retreats focused on mindfulness, yoga, and nutrition. When I’m not busy working on Wellspring Nutrition you can catch me taking walks around the arboretum with my husband, planning my next travel adventure, or taking a sweaty bootcamp or barre class.
If you’re dying to hear more, here are five things you might not know about me:
- I was born in a small sea-side town in Israel, but grew up in Philly
- I’m married to a Rabbi (who is amazing)
- I make the BEST chocolate rosemary olive oil cake (grab the recipe here)
- I’ve lived in Nepal, India, and San Diego, CA and traveled to over 20+ countries
- I’m a master urban gardener – I’ll help you not kill your plants!
